Why become a member of RC33?

Member of RC33 receive twice a year a printed copy of the official journal of RC33 Bulletin de Methodologie Sociologique (BMS) (in total eight copies in four years), fee reduction for RC33 interim conference, notifications by email of important events and opportunities.


Current membership numbers

The Research Committee on Logic and Methodology in Sociology currently has about 400 members. The majority (79%) of the RC33 members are from

Europe (especially Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom).


Membership fee (from January 2010 on)

Direct registration to RC33: The subscrition rate to the RC33 is 50 Euros for four years. 

Registration via ISA: If you are already an ISA (International Sociological Association) member, you can register for RC33 via ISA. In this case you pay 60 US-Dollar directly to ISA (plus ISA administration fees).
